To accommodate the individual needs and requirements of our employees, we offer various work arrangements and flextime options. Furthermore, our assembly plant offers
2-shift and 3-shift work cycles.

 

Assembly plant reintegration program

In order to facilitate the reintegration of our female assembly workers after parental leave, we also offer a special program called "Mütterband". For a limited amount of time, individual employees can take advantage of a flexible and shortened work schedule tailored to their specific needs and job requirements.
