Support and special services

In addition to the possibility of getting an entry-level job with us right after completing their training, our trainees receive extensive support and special services throughout the traineeship itself. Every trainee is assigned an individual mentor, while supervisors and trainers are always open to listening to their thoughts and concerns. Our trainees enjoy regular meetings, parties, and excursions and receive support through in-house tutoring and special leave to study for final exams. Outstanding performances at work and in school are rewarded with special bonuses.

Personal qualities

The specific requirements for becoming a trainee at our company are outlined in the individual job descriptions. In selecting our trainees, we also look for specific personal qualities that go beyond the technical requirements, such as attention to detail, self-sufficiency, and being a team player. Depending on the specific job training, we partner with vocational schools in Bad Windsheim, Neustadt an der Aisch, Ansbach, Fürth, Nürnberg, Dinkelsbühl, Forchheim and Selb. We offer our trainees special discounted tickets for commuting to work using our company bus lines.
