As a family business we are especially invested in giving our employees the chance to create a balance between their professional careers and their private lives. To this end we offer a variety of supportive programs and initiatives.

By offering a number of flexible work schedules, we are able to address and accommodate the individual requirements and life situations of our employees.

We also offer all-day child care services in ourFrieda Lang Hauswhich was created specifically for this purpose. Our nursery school, preschool/kindergarten and all-day elementary school accept children ages 6 months through 12 years. Of course we also offer child care services during school holidays.
