On November 27th, 2018 MEKRA Lang participated in the Hands-on Forum at the Hochschule für angewandte Wissenschaften Würzburg-Schweinfurt to present itself as an attractive employer to current university students and recent graduates. Me and my colleague gave an overview of our company and of the various ways to join our workforce. In addition to finding out about job and career opportunities at MEKRA, the students also learned about our products and the latest developments in the field of mirror replacement concepts. We were able to meet and talk with more than 100 interested students and graduates, which made this university expo in Würzburg a great success for us. In 2019 the Hands-on Forum will be held in Schweinfurt, another regional hub for higher education, and MEKRA is planning to be one of the exhibitors again.
